How does the ordering process work?
The ordering process at Pachamama is designed to be simple, transparent and efficient. The customer submits an order request with the desired quantity, product variant and delivery address. Pachamama then responds within 24 hours with a customized quote that includes both product price and shipping costs. Once the quote has been reviewed and approved by the customer, Pachamama begins order processing and takes full responsibility for the dialogue with the producers and the logistics all the way to delivery.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the customer's delivery address and choice of transport solution. When the quote is created, Pachamama always provides an estimated delivery time based on these factors. Our goal is to deliver orders within approximately 30 days from the date the quote has been signed and payment received.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are set out in the quotation and adjusted according to order volume and customer relationship. Once the customer has chosen one of the proposed payment options, payment is made to the specified account as agreed. The order will only be started once payment has been received.
Can I resell the quinoa under my own brand?
Yes. Pachamama delivers quinoa in bulk, which means that the customer is free to package the product in their own packaging and resell it under their own brand and at any price.
