Pachamama has designed a simple and transparent process to make bulk quinoa orders smooth and predictable for our customers. Below we describe step by step how the collaboration works – from the initial inquiry to the order being initiated.

1. Order request

The process begins when the customer submits an order request to Pachamama. The request must include the desired order quantity (specified in kilograms), choice of product variant, delivery address and any special requirements.

2. Quote from Pachamama

Based on the information received, Pachamama creates a customized quote that includes:

• price for the products
  
• transportation and delivery costs
  
• payment terms
  

The quote is sent to the customer within 24 hours .

3. Review and approval

The customer is then given the opportunity to review the quote and provide feedback with any questions or adjustments. When the customer is satisfied, the quote is signed and approved, confirming the agreement between the parties.

4. Order processing and start of delivery

Once the quotation is signed and payment has been received according to the agreed terms , Pachamama will begin processing the order. We will then take full responsibility for continued dialogue with the producers and the preparation and execution of the delivery.
